Your bedroom is 10' x 10', newly remodeled furnished with a double bed, dresser, desk, and nightstand. If you prefer the space be unfurnished, that can be arranged. You have a private full bathroom - bathtub with a shower. A spare room separates your room from mine.

The house has central heat and A/C. Brand new washing machine and dryer. Vaulted ceilings in kitchen, dining, and living room. Off street parking. High speed Wi-Fi.

Please Note:
You Must be willing to live in a Chemical-Free home:
No perfume, No nail polish or remover. Cleaning only w/baking soda, vinegar, or essential oils. Only Fragrance-free Laundry soap. No Fabric softener! Better for your health and necessary for my birds.

ABOUT ME..
-I'm Female in my 40's and I have 3 sisters and 1 nephew that live in town.
-I have a 16-week-old Schnoodle puppy. She is hypo-allergenic (no shedding)
-I have 2 lovebirds - (in my room)
- I'm a nature lover, bird enthusiast. ? therefore, not a fan of cats!
- I love audio books.
- I work from home part of the time.
- I don?t watch television - I don't even have one.
- I don't have any children.
- I have lived in the house for 10 years so it is well furnished.
- The back yard is a bird sanctuary.
I will provide cupboard and refrigerator space in shared kitchen. At present, I don't have extra room for storage in general.
First mo. rent $1000 plus security deposit of $500 = $1500 to move in.
Must provide personal references and proof of income.
