Quiet, responsible Housemate wanted

Quiet, clean, honest, no drama, female - looking for similar to rent room in a nice old house. House on large property in rural area, pretty quiet, but also close to downtown. I work long hours, rise early so I go to bed early. Want someone quiet and low key; no overnight visitors at all, or loud obnoxious friends hanging around. I want someone to respect my space when I'm not around. I have a 16 yo who is in HS and also works on the weekend. Good student and good kid overall.

Room is not grand but you can make it yours - bathroom is shared but it's pretty big and with double sink.
No bathroom hogs please.

Must have verifiable work/personal reference. For longer term roomate may need to be added to rental agreement. Not a lease; I've been here 5 years so I rent month to month.
