Upstairs bedroom with double closet available for $975 per month + utilities. Your room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. Six month or one year lease terms with renewal available; preference given to one year leasers. PG&E + wifi are split three ways, landlord pays water, sewage, & trash. Main bath (upstairs) with jack & jill sinks, shared with the two housemates. Half bath (downstairs). Laundry room. Dishwasher & double kitchen sink. Open kitchen/dining room with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, plenty of kitchen storage, & sliding door to the back deck. Lush backyard (room in our planter boxes!) & deck (great for yoga & bbqs!). Many herbs, citrus, plums, apples, persimmons, grapes, blackberries, strawberries, rhubarb, and tomatoes to pick and eat/cook with. Living room with working fireplace. One lovable dog graces the house (unfortunately no other pets allowed).

Looking for a friendly and relatively tidy housemate to round out our home. We are normally fairly quiet, but do enjoy having guests over occasionally for a meal, playing music to relax, and hosting family during the holidays. We split chores and do them weekly at a minimum. We also have a house cleaner who comes once per month. We cook some nights of the week (one meal preps & the other eats leftovers regularly), so shared kitchen use isn't a problem. One of us showers in the evenings, the other takes a super short morning shower as to not interfere with the morning routines of the other housemates. We'd prefer to live with someone who is friendly, communicative, and up for joining us for movie night or the occasional weekend hike.
