Shared large living room and kitchen. Available kitchen appliances: stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator. Bathroom shared with one other tenant - two sinks, bath/shower combo.

No smoking inside. No pets.

Will require proof of income and background check.

Internet not currently installed. Option to install internet is fine.

Other occupants are the landlord couple and 18 yo granddaughter.
