Condo -room for rent

The room available is the biggest in the condo on the bottom floor. The room included your own private bathroom (walk in shower) and walk in closet. The property itself has a shared communal pool, hot tub and community room. Unfortunately the tennis courts aren’t open at this time. The other room will be occupied by myself and my girlfriend. Besides your own room and of course ours everything is shared space in which we would like to keep it tidy and respected. Although utilities aren’t included, they would be split evenly between each of us as would other bills such as internet if you intend to use it.
