Petaluma room for rent w/ POOL

Hi! My roommate of over a year, my 5yo daughter and myself are moving into the house pictured, in October. We have a small 4th bedroom there. We are all respectful, love plants, art, science, and creating a beautiful, organized living environment. I am a doctor of physical therapy and my roomie is studying interior design. She has a very well behaved cat. The house has a pool and hot tub that you are welcome to! You'll be sharing a hall bathroom which has a shower tub combo. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
