I will lend you your own mini fridge if you would like. I am only looking for one person and no pets. I have a nice backyard setup with bamboo and a fire pit. You will also have access to a pool and hot tub provided by the HOA. I am also working on my own garage gym which you would have access too as well. The kitchen would be shared and living space. 1.4 miles from green music center at SSU so it is the perfect room for a student looking for a quiet place to study/relax.
