Private bedroom in 2nd/1ba. Shared living space.

Hi, I'm a full time student with an apt. to share with a working professional or full time student. Great place and location for studying or relaxing but not a hang out or party place. Laundry on site and a friendly feline included. No current internet, but I will split that bill if it is desired. The Apt is furnished and 've been living here for over ten years, so I'm not going to accept crude or disrespectful attitudes, by I am fairly easy going, and accomidating.
