Hello! We are looking for a roommate for our beautiful house in Santa Rosa. Our current roommate is moving home for a job opportunity, and we're looking for a respectful, kind roommate to rent our third bedroom. You would be able to choose from two rooms, the larger of which is $875/month and the smaller $750/month (plus utilities). The bedroom comes with a bed. We have a spacious kitchen and living room, sizable backyard with raised beds and large porch, and plenty of storage in the garage. We have a medium-sized, well-behaved, non-shedding dog.
