Small back room for single female

I have a small room available for a single female no exceptions as I have a young daughter who lives in the home 90% of the time. Looking for someone who is quiet, laid back and drama free. A responsible female who has a full time job and has her life together. I’m a single mom and I was grateful for my last roommate as she was amazing. I rely mainly on vibes so if we don’t click it won’t work. Feel free to ask me any questions. The room is very small as it is a spare room off the kitchen where the fireplace was. I work hard and I have my life together. I prefer someone who works in the day but would consider a nurse with PM hours. We have 2 bunnies that are currently free roam and confined to upstairs during the day . .Rent is paid to me via cash, however Venmo is easier unless my new landlord requires a different option.
Pg and e will be split, internet is paid by me.. No smoking within 25 feet of property.
