A bit about us & room

Me and my friend Samantha are looking for a responsible, tidy, trustworthy, respectful and most importantly friendly female roommate. Sam and myself both work and occasionally will have some friends over the house but more times than often our house is a pretty calm and quiet environment. We have been living in this house for about 3 years now and need our last room filled on the first floor. The complex is two stories upstairs and downstairs. The room that needs to be filled is on the first floor where the living room kitchen and full bathroom is. The property is located in Staten Island close to the Verrazano bridge. Looking for someone to sign a minimum lease of 1 year.
