2 Basement Level rooms w/ it's own entrance

This is a big clean room, that has it's own secure entrance with security lights and camera. The bathroom and the living room are the shared areas. We all work difference hour's of the day so we will hardly see each other. The room comes with furniture if you need it. We are near public transportation and to a local laundromat. The buses that are near are S40/90, S48/98, SIM34, and SIM33/33C.
