I am looking to share my home with a young professional adult working in NJ or NYC. My brand new house is located 2 blocks away from the beach and bus station with 45 min commute to city. Private driveway is available with lots of street parking. The room is very spacious, fully furnished (queen bed) with private bathroom (bathtub/shower), large closet and flat panel TV with Roku. High speed internet and utilities are included in room charges. Full-size washer and dryer are available for use. You will have access to large living room area, kitchen, dinning room, balcony, porch, side-yard and barbeque area. I have a small garden that provides organic tomatoes, cucumbers and greens when in season, with plenty to share.

Only serious long-term renters with references will be considered. Price is not negotiable.
