Cozy apartment share

I have a one bedroom apartment that I need a roommate to share with. The bedroom is large and there is plenty of storage space throughout the apartment. There is an option of sharing the bedroom sort of like a dorm or making the living room into a second bedroom. (It has two closets of it's own. I am looking for someone friendly who doesn't mind socializing from time to time. Like I said this is a shared space so what's mine is yours. Full size kitchen and a bathroom with a tub.
