I'm a 30-year-old clean drug-free male who works in Manhattan (currently working from home) for a tech-startup. This apartment is located in an awesome neighborhood in Staten Island. There are amazing restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area. We're close to the SI Ferry which is free and gets you to Manhattan in about 25 mins. Close to the SIRR (train), S74, S76, and some express buses.

The apartment is gorgeous and tastefully decorated. There's a great deck out front for entertaining, a side yard, and a backyard. You'd have your own room with a closet and two windows with plenty of light.
