Located in St. George, three block walk to the St. George Terminal, with access to free 24/7 30 minute Staten Island Ferry ride into Lower Manhattan and a bus depot for access to the island. Starting Summer 2020, there will also be a NYC Fast Ferry from the terminal to Battery Park and Midtown. S52 bus on the corner of the building, a 5 minute ride to or from the St. George Terminal. A quick 5 minute walk to the newly opening Empire Outlets for shopping and new dining options.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in 6-story apartment complex. Available bedroom is large enough for Queen size bed, dresser, and desk. There is a shared bathroom, as well as shared kitchen and living room.

I am friendly, tidy, active young professional in my early 20s who likes to meal prep. Non-smoker. I am looking for someone who is easy to get along with and enjoys low-key weekends.

I am from out of town, so I occasionally have friends and family come to visit. I also have a boyfriend who will stay over, renter must be okay with overnight guests.

Heat and water included. Electricity varies from $30-100 total depending on the season. Live-in super. Washer and dryer in basement. Pets not allowed in the building.

Available beginning September 1, 2019. Renter would be signing a 1-year lease.
