Master bedroom in 2 bedroom unit

Huge, bright master bedroom in a big 2 bedroom apartment. Fits King size bed with space to spare, built in closets throughout apartment. Existing roommate is honestly the nicest guy and I trust him with anything, works at a restaurant and sleeps there 3 nights a week, and doesn't use the kitchen except microwave occasionally. Looking for someone responsible, quiet (not gonna throw big alcohol fueled parties) and clean. Quiet neighborhood a short walk from the SI ferry, Empire outlets etc. Beautiful, big eat-in kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. Room will be unfurnished, as I am temporarily relocated for work (i'm leaving some furniture but no bed). Strictly no smoking and no pets. Street parking is usually easy to find nearby. Proof of income, screen shot of credit rating and references required.
