Your own room in 2 bdr share

I have a room available from Nov 1 in Stapleton (S74/S78/S52 bus lines and close to the SIR - Stapleton) for short term (if it works out it can be extended). It is furnished apt, you will share with another professional woman who also works. CSI is 15mins away if you drive or taking car service (Newport Car Service is on the corner) or 40mins by bus the S74 to S93.

It is in a quiet building, clean halls, elevator, laundry on site and security at night. No loud music and each of you should be respectful of each other's space and keep it clean. General areas especially. No drug use will be tolerated. Smoking is allowed but in the kitchen area only with the windows open.

Required:

Last 4 paystubs (to verify employment);
Original and copy of SS Card;
1st month's rent - includes rent, internet and ConEd
Last month's rent - 30 days notice must be given
Security - will be returned once the room/general areas are in good condition; any repairs to be done will be taken out of this deposit and balance returned within 15 days of vacating
Fee - one-time non-refundable
