Room for rent !

Spacious large room available for $700. We are looking for a respectful, clean, and responsible roommate. Preferably a female student/professional. Couples are okay. Children are okay too, preferably one.
We are a young married couple with an infant. (I know what you're thinking but don't worry, you won't be able to hear her from your room).
We like to keep the apartment clean and are expecting someone who will be willing to share chores (cleaning the bathroom/kitchen). You will be provided with your own fridge. Utilities are included with the rent.
