Room for Rent in House

Hello all, I have a room for rent that'll be available beginning of July. The room can has a queen sized bed, drawer space and a closet.

Room is upstairs, living room and kitchen downstairs. You can use the kitchen and living room to your liking with a sense of boundaries and respect. I don't want someone spending all their time in the living room. I want everyone to feel like they live alone. Utilities included.

No smoking, no drugs, no parties, and 100% no drama. Messes gets picked up and cleaned when done or at most a day later (i. e. dishes). All renters should be working individuals who wants a room in this area for peace of mind and tranquility.
