The bedrooms are filled with windows and good closet space as well as central air conditioning and heat. This private condo complex right off of Beacon street comes with private parking as well as an abundance of easy street parking, laundry is on site along with a beautiful full sized swimming pool and perfectly placed convenient store.

The unit is located a short distance from a variety of public transportation options and a short walk to night life including Allston Village, Brighton Center, Coolidge Corner and Oak Square. One of my favorite spots is the beautiful outdoor Night Shift brewery sitting on the Charles river just a 15 minute walk away!

I am a young professional (31 years old), very clean, easy-going, friendly and sociable. I work long hours during the week and am typically only home in the later evenings. I am looking for other equally respectful roommates (m/f) to join me for the upcoming year as early as August/September. My ideal roommates would be clean, friendly and independently active in their own life; I would prefer someone who isn't looking to spend all of their free time on the couch.
