I am a retired and looking for a clean roommate. My granddog lives with me at the moment. The dog is very friendly so you Must be comfortable with dogs! No other pets will be allowed at this time. I am pretty chill but I like to be consistent with housekeeping, this is a requirement and I am not lenient.

Currently, looking for a long-term roomie to occupy 1 room. One month rent and $500 security deposit due at signing. Must pass credit/background check and have references.
