Room for rent.

We are a small community of Cuban artist and creators, we have dancers, cinematographers and film producers and editors. No musicians so we are quiet :)
The house is in a beautiful very quiet neighborhood has lots of natural light.
Common areas are living room, kitchen, office, Florida room/dinning room, deck, yard.
It has 3 bedrooms upstairs and one apartment downstairs. All utilities are included
The room we are renting is upstairs and shares a bathroom with Arelys, se is a Dancer, very quiet, does yoga on the deck, likes to paint and loves anime.
The other room upstairs is us, we are a couple Laura and Alejandro, we work with a touring band so we are on the road a lot.
Downstairs neighbors are another couple, Jorge and Ariagna, also very nice.
Parking is in the back.
There's a 2nd kitchen being built for the lower level, but it might take a couple months.
