Room close to Belmont and Vanderbilt Univerity

Our house is situated across the street from Belmont University and just behind Vanderbilt, a 5-10 minute walk to campus. We will have a room available beginning in August. This person will have access to the kitchen, garden and rest of the house. Built in the 1920's, our home is simply furnished with a nice yard. We are French and American and spent many years living in West Africa. We also have two cats, Solar and Eclipse. We have a preference for college or graduate students and we enjoy renting to people of all origins and cultures. Utilities included. Partly furnished, can be fully furnished.
