A spacious living room in a beautiful one-bedroom apartment is available for rent. The room is FULLY REFURBISHED (ignore the empty rooms on the photos). The flat is located on 2nd floor of the Village at Vanderbilt. It is super clean and super quiet. I am studious, very clean and tidy person. I will spend most of my days in the library and attending social events at the university. I do not smoke nor organise any parties, but happy to join any parties outside the property. I mind my own business and keep myself to myself. I am looking for a like-minded roommate. Preferably female. No pets, no party, no overnight guest and no smoking is allowed inside the apartment or in its vicinity. Students at Vanderbilt University are most welcome.

The price for 6-12 month rent is $1000 (all bills included). The price for 1-3 month rent is $1200 (all bills).
