Hello! I am seeking a roommate to share my condo located on West Avenue near St. Thomas Hospital. The condo building is extremely quiet, many are elderly. Also, I work from home during the day, so a roommate who works days outside of the home is preferred. The bedroom for rent is furnished, and it comes with a full private bath. There is private parking lot, you would have a dedicated parking space, on blacktop. Roommate has full access to the furnished kitchen and living area, and fabulous covered deck overlooking an outdoor swimming pool. There is a shared laundry room which is included with the rent, as well as all utilities are included with the rent (except for internet, you would need to have a hot spot).
