Room in the heart of the Nations (Nashville)

I am looking for a female roommate to fill in my spot in the house I live in the Nations! I am moving out because I am getting married, I ve lived here since I moved to Nashville and it has been a great place to live.

I am attaching pictures of my room. Available for move in on July 29th of current year!
Room is unfinished but common spaces are completely furnished. Please let me know if you are interested.

HOUSE: 3 bedroom / 4 bathroom home in the heart of the nations.

(Bedroom comes with a bathroom)

RENT: $1,200 + utilities (usually around $100 per month)

TERM: for a year but happy to discuss extension for the right candidate.

LOCATION: The Nations (very close to Smoaking Oasis, Rock n Dough, 51st Deli, Frothy Monkey, Red Bycicle & more). It’s a lovely area, mostly young professionals and young families. Lots of dog walkers all the time, is nice to go for a walk.

ROOMMATES: 2 female girls who are very respectful, responsible, and amazing personalities.
