The floor plan currently goes for $2570 but I am offering $2130 and no deposit since I have already paid that. A credit check/approval through the leasing office is required. The apartment has in unit laundry, updated appliances, sleek interior, high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows as well as a walk in closet.
