We welcome all renters to fill out our pre-screen survey! You will share the home with two housemates (F and M). One housemate is an Accountant working regular weekday hours(occasionally working from home), and the other is a manager who works second shift. Both housemates are very respectful, clean, and easy to live with. They love to take advantage of all the opportunities to get outside in the Chattanooga area. A background and credit check are required for potential renters. Utilities are split evenly between all housemates.
