Room for rent West Knox

I am looking for a laid-back roommate, 550.00 per month. Includes wireless high-speed internet, water, electricity, and basic cable. There is a patio if you smoke, and I do have a cat, so no pets, please. No couples, no kids. I will do a background check, I ask that you have steady employment with rent due on the 1st of the month. I pay the KUB and internet because the room is smaller than mine, but it is still pretty spacious. We will share a bathroom, I have my sink and vanity and am very clean, so it should not be a problem if you are as well. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment has everything you need. Looking for someone to at least finish out the lease until October, longer if you want.
