1 room available in townhouse near Hardin Valley

We have 1 more room available in our 3 bed/2 bath townhouse. There is 3 floors with the main bedroom and bathroom is on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor is the main floor with includes the living room, laundry room, and kitchen. The 3rd floor includes the other 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom between the rooms. (Both rooms have a door into the bathroom.) The main bedroom and bathroom are occupied by my husband myself. We have lived in this townhouse for 13 years. We do have animals. (A dog, a cat, and a giant rabbit.) The living room and kitchen are both fully furnished and we have also provided the use of the washer and dryer which is only a couple of years old. There is a young man already renting one of the rooms on the 3rd floor. Our townhouse is in West Knoxville, close to Hardin Valley. The neighborhood is is pet friendly, quiet, and no crime. There is a club house, 2 pools, a gym, other outdoor activity areas.
