One room with shared bathroom

Hi! We were originally planning on moving but we’ve decided to stay at our current place, however this means we’re looking for a roommate.

Rent would be ~$750-$770 after utilities. Apartment is off of Merchants Dr near Fountain City. We do have some pets, 2 cats and 2 medium sized dogs, so preferably someone with no pets but the apartment is a good size so we could make it work! It’s a 3bd/2ba and the room available is a downstairs bedroom, where you would be sharing a bathroom.

There are 3 of us who live there, though one is only on the weekends for a few months. We’re all in our early-mid 20’s. We like video and board games, we like to have various game nights every so often. We also have semi regular DND sessions.

Move in would be mid June. Open to various lease terms, such as just leasing for the summer, or through December. About 15 min from UTK campus so ideal for students.
