Room for rent with your own bathroom

House is furnished but the room is not. I'm 44 years old and work 50 to 60 hrs a week. My hours are 5pm-4am. I dont smoke and don't drink. I don't have people over. All I do is work and watch Netflix. Not looking for couples cuz I don't want to be apart of the drama it comes with. I would consider it if you you paid $1,150 a month for couples. The extra money would go towards the extra electricity and water that would be used, plus my peace of mind incase you 2 argue. I have a cat. So cats are welcomed. Not looking to chill with a dog. Their too demanding and I don't want to listen to the barking and whining. Other than that, it's super chill.
