I'm looking for someone to take on my lease that ends after July! The rent is $500 a month that includes utilities. A washer and drier are in the apartment, internet, etc. The pet fee is an extra $30 per month. There are four rooms in the apartment and each has is furnished and has its own full bathroom. Three other people live there until after July already. The apartment is on the first floor. More information can be found on the Campus Crossings site, and the floor plan is a 4 bed 4 bath.
