This is my family home, and thus I will be a very dutiful landlord, repairing and upkeeping it swiftly. Each room is $930 w/ 2 roommates and myself, with 3 it comes to $700 and continues to go down from there. Couples are welcome but just know the bathroom upstairs is shared. The master may be available if we communicate and agree that is what is best.
