The rooms available are 13x12 and 14x13.

There are currently 2 other MTSU students living here expecting to graduate winter 2025 and summer 2026.

The house has 3 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, etc) with 2 commercial size refrigerators and a deep freeze. There is also a fairly large pantry.

There are 2 sets of washer/dryers so you never need to worry about waiting for someone else's laundry for too long.

MASSIVE living room with fireplace mounted 75in TV and couch seating for up to 10 people.

Fenced in yard with grills, pellet smoker, and firepit.

Parking for up to 7 cars
