One story house in safe, quiet neighborhood

The City of Germantown is an affluent suburb of Memphis. The City is well run, has excellent police and fire departments, is very close to top rated hospitals and specialty medical institutions.

My home was built in 1973, and recently remodeled and landscaped. It is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large living room w/working fireplace, a small formal dining room, an open kitchen w/new appliances, and pantry/laundry room room. There is a one car garage and a sun porch.

The spare bedroom is furnished w/antique Victorian furniture and includes a full/sized bed w/new mattress, small dresser w/large mirror, antique corner bookcase carved in the Black Forest style, carved desk and upholstered chair, large walk-in closet, full bath a few steps down the hall. Includes linens and towels, use of the kitchen and laundry room.

You would be sharing the house w/myself (an active working senior), a large rambunctious chocolate lab, an indoor/outdoor black cat, and possibly my adult daughter. Ideally, I am looking for someone who is needing a place to stay temporarily on a month to month basis., perhaps while they scout out a permanent place to live, check out a job, or visiting for medical treatment. This is not a B&B, which are
not allowed in Gtown.- there are very strict code enforcement laws.

The house sits on a large fenced lot on a dead-end street. We are approx. 1 mile from the shopping mecca of Saddle Creek, walking distance to several excellent public elementary schools, and borders Cameron Brown Park, a large area with tennis courts, ball fields, multiple playgrounds, bikes to rent, and a small lake.
