Midtown/ Cooper Young apartment

Hi, my roommates and I are looking for someone to fill our spare bedroom. We are generally quiet and like to stay home and relax. We like to keep our house clean and organized. Our roommate Cate has a cat named Hamish so it's preferred that you don't have any cat allergies. We live withen walking distance to Overton Square, Overton Park, the Memphis Zoo, and the Memphis museum of art. The apartment is old but well maintained and the avaliable room has a window ac unit and a radiator. The room is adjacent to the living room and Cates bedroom. Our apartment complex has on site laundry.
