Looking for up to 2 Roommates at East Memphis Home

My lease is about to end and my current roommate is moving out. The landlord is looking for another signed lease and I would like to find at least one roommate before re-signing. The house is 4bd 3bth with 2 Master Bedrooms and 2 smaller rooms with a Jack n Jill bathroom. The house is almost fully furnished except for the bedrooms. There is an attached garage, a swimming pool, a nice outdoor patio, an electric security gate, and plenty of space at 3000sqft+. it is also in a nice gated community. Depending on how many rooms rent out will fluctuate the rent price ($750 - $1100). I run my own business and mostly work from home. I'm easygoing, I am happy to socialize or give you your space. I have no pets at the moment, but dogs are welcome.
