Downtown Memphis is less than 15 minutes away. I am seeking a roommate who is preferably a non-smoker and very neat and clean. Also, someone who respects my space and privacy. My home is a very warm and welcoming space and I am very particular about the energy here. You must be financially stable and able to maintain your end of the agreement.
