Room in New House!

Hey!

I'm a single professional in Bastrop with a room to rent in my new home (built last year). It's a clean, fun, chill atmosphere. Have your choice of a furnished, or unfurnished bedroom. The hallway bathroom will be all yours. I have an adorable dog named Houston who is a dachshund and Labrador mix. Don't ask how that happened, I don't know! Lol. Cost includes all utilities and internet. There would be shared responsibilities to include taking out trash, ensuring dishes are done, and yard work. I'm open to short or long term rental. I'm hoping to find someone chill to share my space with. I do enjoy music, movies, and BBQ. So I like to partake of all three regularly.

I'm open to renting both rooms or having a couple move in. If either option is chosen, I'd be willing to to accommodate for about $1000 a month total for both people.
