ELGIN Room for Rent ABP

Nice sized bedroom available in Elgin, TX just off of Highway 290. Looking for a renter interested in staying for at least 6 months and even longer if interested works out well. Myself and my other renter are both full time employees at our jobs. We?re both laid back and respectful. Included in your fixed rent will be all bills paid, so you won?t have to worry about utilities. I only have 3 house rules: (1) Pay rent on time (2) clean up after yourself (3) if you smoke, do it outside and not in the house.
