With to drugs or alcohol problems- I have had these issues in the pass.
The room is completely furnished- The major bathroom will be share- though I do have 1/2 bathroom near my bedroom. This bathroom has a bathtub.
This is a month to month lease- and you will be signing a rental contract.
The kitchen is share, as well as the amenities- you will help taking the trash can to the curb for weekly pickup
The living can be share- I don’t want any company in my home while I’m away..
