Ideal person for this room would be a clean individual who needs a clean place to stay. Is willing to share bathroom, living room and kitchen. The home is kept up very clean just needs another professional student or professional to occupy the last room not being used. You can tour the home before moving in. Of course there is a contract but it is for my records and does not require ID, fees or background check. You will get keys have a garage at your disposal and a big backyard you can use.
