It comes with a garage space for your car and utilities are included. There is a washer and dryer on location and a shared kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. It has a shared bathroom.

Please, no pets or smoking. Responsible adults are preferred.

Tenants must also pass a credit and background check.
