For you I will provide furnished mammoth master bedroom with 4-rod spacious walk-in closet and connected private master bathroom with large linen closet and enormous garden tub and shower.

Excluding my private bedroom and bathroom, the rest of the home is shared space including a garage that connects to the laundry area and kitchen. Kitchen has granite countertops and like new appliances. The dining area is set up and there is a serene living area with new furniture including 65 inch Roku television.

Out of respect for you will provide 7-days rent free to establish if we would be mutually compatible housemates. Utilities and phenomenal high-speed internet service is paid for by me.
