Small Private/ carpeted/ furnished bedroom. Shared bathroom. 2nd floor. Internet included, utilities (water, cps) split amongst all tenants (about $100 per month). (shower only is currently inoperable, will have to use downstairs shower until it’s fixed)

-4 bedroom house, currently 3 bedrooms are occupied by Male Renters. They are very respectful, young adults under 30. They keep to themselves but are cordial and inviting.
