Hi - I have a small bedroom available to rent with a shared bathroom (with my 2 kids ages 7 and 8) . Its a 4 bedroom house. 3 rooms upstairs and master down (mine). My kids have their own room.. You will have a small living room area upstairs . $600 includes water, electric, trash. Clean backyard area. Washer and dryer included.
Must be clean. No drama. No kids (unless on weekends). Female preferred. No pets allowed.. must be okay with scented candles.. I am 31 with 2 kids, recently seperated. My kids are gone every other weekend. They go to bed at 9pm. I work from home.
Since I do have kids , I would need to meet roommate prior to be sure I'm comfortable w the person. TIA.
