Individual bathroom. Optional queen size bed for an added monthly fee. The condo is on the second floor, which is the top floor, and the room does not share any walls so it is very quiet. Kitchen equipped with all appliances, furnished living rooms, washer/dryer in unit, and there is a pool on the property. No pets. Quaint and safe gated community located off of Fredericksburg in the medical center. Conveniently located- 5-minute drive to UTHSCSA and a 3-minute drive to both I-10 and 410, and 8-minute drive to USAA.
