One Bedroom, Fully Furnished, Near Med Center

Renting out a fully furnished bedroom, in a 3 bed 2 bath home in Med Center. My partner is a 34 year old female who is currently going through her medical rotations in the hospitals and clinics in San Antonio. She is the primary resident of the house along with her adorable and silly Bernese Mountain dog. He loves humans but he isn't great with other dogs so unfortunately we cant accept someone that has their own pet. I am the owner of the house, also a 34 year old female, however I am out living in California still for work and am only in town once every other month. We are looking for a female roommate who is clean, respectful, a non-smoker, and ideally a dog person herself.
